Driving and parking
The start and end of the school day can be very busy around St Georges Basin Public School. To help keep all students and families safe, we ask that drivers take extra care and follow all road rules and signage.
Where possible, we encourage families to use the bus service or park in Reserve Road and walk safely to the school gate.
To ensure the safety of everyone in our school community, please:
- Park safely and legally in designated areas around the school
- Observe all school zone speed limits and signage
- Avoid using the school bus zone for drop-off or pick-up
- Do not park in neighbouring business carparks
- Do not make U-turns or 3-point turns directly outside the school
